PERMANENT MAKE-UP

Permanent make-up is one of the fastest developing cosmetic branches within the beauty industry. The technique of permanent make-up consists of depositing hypoallergenic mineral pigments into the dermal layer of the skin.

There is a wide range of permanent make-up applications. They include the enhancing of lip contours, changing full lip colour, enhancing of eyebrow outlines or eyelid lining as well as medical procedures such as scar concealment or discoloration camouflaging. The effects of such procedures are visible for several years. In order to meet stringent quality requirements, the BioEvolution production facility is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and EN 13485 (European Medical Standard).

PERMANENT MAKE-UP - BEFORE THE PROCEDURE - PREPARATIONS

Wanting to minimize the potential occurrence of fever blisters after the procedure, as  a precaution one should administer or take HEVIRAN (or alternative) 5 days before and 5 days after the procedure (please consult dosage with your physician  HEVIRAN is a prescription medication). The same procedure should be followed when performing a touch-up of the lips.

In order to increase pigment absorption, a peeling of the lips should be done one day before the procedure followed by the application of a delicate cream.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP - AFTERCARE

During the micro pigmentation procedure some swelling and irritation may occur (individual tendency). This is the skin’s completely natural reaction that quickly subsides. The following day you can boldly show your new look, as long as you are comfortable with the intensity of the color. In 2-3 days after the procedure, the skin begins to peel. It is therefore important to moisturize with a special cream. In 3-4 weeks after the procedure, the initial color intensity fades by 40-50%. As a result, you do not have to worry about the intensity of the color directly after the procedure.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP - AFTERCARE

In order to effectively speed up the healing process, we recommend you use the  AFTER CARE BioEvolution cream for 7 days after the procedure. The cream also helps to protect the treated area against infections. The contents of the cream are effective against inflammation, bacteria and hemorrhaging. It also helps to repair and regenerate the skin. This quick regeneration process helps the pigment to stay in place thus preventing its loss.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP - AFTERCARE

After a minimum of 28 days after the procedure (the time needed for one complete regeneration cycle of the skin) a correction is made to the existing make-up in order to strengthen and fix the previous result (correction is included in the price of the procedure).

For a period of approximately 1 month after the procedure and the touch-up do not use the sauna, gym, go swimming or spend large amounts of time in the sun (this may cause discoloration).

If the procedure had been done to the lips, one must remember that for one week afterwards, one should drink through a straw. Also, kissing should be strictly limited.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP - CONTRAINDICATIONS

- pregnancy, anemia, albinism, diabetes, psoriasis, hemophilia
- upper respiratory tract infections
- steroid medication and antibiotics
- fever blisters (active, visible and not fully healed)
- previous ailments of the eye
- inflammation of the conjunctiva
- retinal detachment
- braces (when applying permanent makeup to the lips)
- contagious diseases
- tumors (required consultation with a physician)
